Lovely, single room to rent in eco-friendly home

Single room available in my owned house, first floor. It currently has a sofa bed (can be changed to bed), wardrobe and chest of drawers/ bureau. The room has a sunny, westerly aspect with views out onto garden and lovely mature trees.
There is a separate lounge and big eat-in kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer) as well as a downstairs wet room with shower and separate freestanding bath. There's a big garden which you are also welcome to use.
The whole house has been decorated using eco-friendly materials and is well-furnished throughout. I am looking for a female housemate only as it is an all female household - dog included. You must be a dog lover as you will be guaranteed a warm welcome!
I live about a five minute walk from the village high street which has good, local shops, cafes and pubs as well as beautiful walks in the downs. Hassocks is two miles away (approximately 30 minute walk) with good train connections to Brighton, London and Gatwick. There is space to park outside the property.
I work full-time, mostly away from home. I have a four year old, well-behaved dog. I love gardening and the outdoors, gym, yoga, cooking, reading, skiing and running. I am looking for a professional, someone who is quite independent and leading their own life whilst also not averse to sharing a cup of tea or occasionally cooking together.
