Lovely light double room for rent, furnished with a very comfortable double bed, set of drawers, slanting shelves & there’s a walk-in space for storage & to hang clothes. You'll be sharing with me, a Fashion Enterprise Lecturer who works from home & 2-3 days per week away in London teaching, as well as my 14 year old daughter who is at boarding school locally at term time; she comes home every 3rd weekend & school holidays. We also have two sweet-natured cats.
Would suit a professional or post grad student. Female only. Must be thoughtful and respectful. We have a large garden and spacious living, the dining room has a sofa bed too, there's a bathroom upstairs & additional downstairs loo.
Hurstpierpoint village is a 5 minute walk with 3 pubs, a wine bar & micro brewery. It's a great place to live, we have been very happy here for 10 years.
Easy access to A23 to Brighton & London and nearest train station is Hassocks.
