Lovely double room and use of one of the sitting rooms. Located in a really lovely Village, with lots going on if you want to get involved, also fabulous walks. 1.5 miles from Hassocks Station, so very easy to get to Gatwick, London or Brighton. I have 2 elderly very chilled out cats, that sleep day and night ! There are 2 sitting rooms, so private space for both us, if working from home or just chilling. the Large double room, has its own basin , wardrobe ,chest of draws. The house is under council tax band D , which would be the extra on the rental of £700.00 per month.
