I am currently looking for a Female tenant for my Double room that i have in Ifield, Crawley. I would like a professional person who works full time or a student. No alcohol please. I don't mind if someone smokes outside the house but strictly not inside. Nearest bus stop is 1 min walk (just opposite the road). The house is opposite Ifield shops. Buses to and from Gatwick airport and Town centre running continuously. 20 minutes walk to town centre. 10 mins walk to Ifield train station. Its a very clean house and a friendly atmosphere. No bills to pay.
Please Note: ONE MONTH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AND I DO NOT CONSIDER LESS THEN 6 MONTHS STAY.
