Join us in a friendly 4 bedroom former show home, on a modern estate in Ifield, completed only eight years ago.

The house is link-detached which means one bedroom only is joined to the neighboring property.

I am a divorced semi-retired lighting consultant.

I spend around six months of the year living overseas with my girlfriend and six months in the UK with her. We are currently overseas until March.

My only current lodger is a friendly American businessman, who also travels frequently.

The house is ideally placed for anybody working at Gatwick or near to Crawley town centre.

The rent includes all bills including high speed fibre Broadband, TV licence (with Freeview and NETFLIX), council tax and estate landscaping and maintenance fees plus all gas, electricity and water.

You will have full access to the kitchen, utility room, lounge, dining room, downstairs cloakroom and garden.

Both lodgers will share use of the guest bathroom. My partner and I have our own en-suite shower room.

The stop for the Metrobus 200 to Gatwick/Horsham or Metrobus 2 to Crawley Town Centre/Ifield Station is less than ten minutes walk from the house.

The bus stop for Route 21 to Dorking and Epsom is even closer.

We are walking distance from Ifield shops and Langley Green parade and four different pubs.

Ifield is arguably the most rural part of Crawley, with several quiet country footpaths very close to the house.
