We are offering a room in our lovely flat in Lancing, only a short walk from Lancing Town Centre with off street parking available.

10'9" x 10'1" (3.28m x 3.07m). Side aspect double glazed window. This room comes with a double bed, bookcase, desk and wardrobe.

There is also access to a shared kitchen (with Washing Machine, Dryer and Dishwasher) and a shower/wash room with separate toilet. We have broadband access (virgin media) to the rooms via wifi.

Please note there is no shared living room in this property.

A little about us:

We're a young same-sex couple with a passion for good food and drink.

I am a friendly and warm person who enjoys a quieter life- hobbies include reading and gaming. I work full time in Financial Services so am rarely about during the daytime in the week.

My partner is an Occupational Health Nurse with an avid interest in travelling and experiencing cultures from around the world.

An important note is that my son visits the flat and stays over regularly, so there will be a child in the flat about a third of the time.

We're primarily looking for someone who is friendly, easygoing and reliable. We would prefer a professional but open on this for the right person. We are quite happy to offer the room Mon-Fri and although we would rather longer lets we are also open to short lets in the mean time.
