Our house is within easy walking distance of the beach, the south downs, local transportation services such as: railway, buses, & the A27.

Our house is also an ideal letting for those working within the lancing business park, Shoreham airport, Shoreham port and the surrounding areas. With the location being so easily accessible for all forms of travel, this would be an ideal letting for those working in London & Brighton.

Our home has a large kitchen , two bathrooms, seperate dining room & a cosy lounge.

As this is a disabled friendly household, we do require primary access to the bathrooms if necessary but essentially, the bathroom is your own.
