I have a two bedroom and a one bedroom available to rent. The house is refurbished through out and a brand new kitchen going in August. I am a very clean and tidy person and expect the same from the tenant(s).
I will be honest the single room is pretty small and I currently have it as a study (with a desk laptop stand etc), with have no bed in there but I can get one if there is interest.
I work 4 days a week and volunteer the fifth day. Its not a party house and is in general very quite with the odd occasions a small gathering or a meal with friends - if interested welcome to join.
There is parking on the drive, roadside and round the corner laods and possibly the garage although its likely I will keep a bike in there.
All bills included although currently no TV license (I don't watch telly) and no phone.
