A nice room with all facilities in a 4 bed house. Current tennant has been here for a year and has to move because of a new job.

The house has a shared shower room, a bath in a separate room. Shared kitchen and living room, Garden. Easy parking outside. In a very quiet road, so you can wake to birdsong rather than road noise!

Options for part week rent (reduced fees).

Must know how to fill a dishwasher, be neat and tidy and share cleaning roles. Just a domesticated person with respect for their roommates.

I have lived here for 20 years and have had 3 lodgers in that time - all have become good friends.

All in all an easy, friendly place.

This is my home and I want to make a new tenant feel it is theirs too. I like to chat some evenings after work but am often drained! I often cook a Sunday supper to share with lodgers.

I work in IT, mostly from home and I am an amateur actor and often rehearse on weekday evenings too.
