Both rooms have a large double glazed window, overlooking the garden out the back, so it is quiet and peaceful.
The location is to die for, with everything you need within a 5 minute walk including the train station, beach and town centre.
WiFi and bills included.
There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and garden you can use.
Areas to be kept clean and tidy.
You can have your own shelf in fridge-freezer and cupboard for dry food.
Pet cat in the property who is very friendly.
