Room to let - Max 6 months - Littlehampton

I am preferably looking for an adult gay male tenant, or Gay friendly tenant - must be currently employed. Only messages from suitable tenants will be answered.

Room also available on nightly basis.

Room to let in my 3 bed home, very close to Littlehampton train station.

Room recently decorated and carpeted. Part furnished with double bed.

Shower room would be shared with owner occupier.

Apart from the room tenant would have use living room kitchen and garden.

Bills such as gas, electricity, use of broadband etc are included in rent.

House is within 5 minutes walk of mainline train station and there is street parking - no permit required.

Monthly rent £550 payable by direct debt. Also a £350 deposit is required which is returned at end of tenancy. The room is only available for 6 months, and there is only a slight possibility that could be extended, please keep that in mind.

The house is in nice residential road, and 5 mins walk away from town center and roughly 15 mins the beach.

Essentially I am looking for relaxed friendly male tenant that's easy to share the house with.
