Seafront garden flat available for short stays

Looking to rent out our much loved 1 bedroom seafront home over the next couple of months. Open to short term stays.

Our one bedroom flat occupies the ground floor of a terrace and has a private back garden. It is a stones throw from the beach, a 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to the town.

It is important to us that we find someone quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of the furniture and personal belongings that we will be leaving in the flat, and additionally is considerate of our neighbours.

KITCHEN:
Medium sized kitchen overlooking the garden with ample work top space. Included in the rental -

- Swan retro style fridge freezer, full size
- Dishwasher
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Large porcelain sink and draining area

LIVING ROOM:
The medium sized living room has
- 3 Seater sofa from sofa. com... very pale, so will come with a throw!
- Small dining table with 2 stools
- Coral velvet armchair from sofa. com
- Shelves
- Art on walls

Please note my property doesn't currently have a TV, you are welcome to provide your own one but will need to arrange your own tv licence

BEDROOM:
Decorated in sage green with velvet curtains and 2 large windows.
- Double bed
- Very comfortable Emma mattress
- 2 bedside tables with drawers
- Small chest of drawers
- Built in cupboard

Please provide your own duvet, pillows and linen

BATHROOM:
- Walk in rain shower
- Cabinet with mirror
- Washing machine

Bills (electric, gas, water) and Internet are included in the rent. There is no allocated parking, but plenty of free on-street parking around the property.

We can be flexible with move in date/length of stay.

No smokers and no pets allowed.
