Rural private house with large garden

I have a large spare room in my house with it's own balcony, providing an ideal space in the summer to sit outside and relax.

The house is in a rural location with a large garden and plenty of indoor space as well. There is loads of parking and storage area for bikes.

As the house is in a rural location there is little or no public transport links.

I have 2 student kids who are mostly away as they are both in fulltime residential education. During the holidays they occasionally stay with me.

The bedroom doesn't have an ensuite but the bathroom would be your sole use most of the time.

The rent would include services and council tax.
