Large Double Bedroom & En suite in Georgian House

I have a very spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room all recently refurbished. It has ample cupboard and drawer space, a desk and a dressing table. If preferred I can add a small sofa instead of the dressing table or desk. A TV is also available if wanted. I am looking for a professional business person to rent the room and they are very welcome to use the kitchen and dining room as well as the garden. I have plenty of parking in a private drive as well as a car port if preferred. I am a busy retired business woman whose 4 adult children visit frequently but none are now living at home. My youngest has just started uni. The room is well heated and has large sash windows with secondary glazing and blackout curtains. It is a five minute drive into central Chichester but we are surrounded by beautiful countryside, fantastic views and lovely places to walk. We are also very near an excellent pub! I keep pretty busy seeing friends, gardening, going to the theatre and cinema and go off for days out or weekends sometimes. I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I was widowed three years ago and I look forward to opening our lovely family home out to the right professional guest/tennant.
