Friendly young at heart hard working quiet but funny (!) 62 year old female seeks housemate due to increase in bills!!!
Princess of the house is the white Maine coon Elsa! Long drive good sized garden. 90 seconds walk from the beach. Two bed semi.
Double front room available. Wardrobe chest of drawers small double bed bedside table electric fan heater heated washing dryer rack Apple TV. Small and older but functional bathroom and kitchen including cooking stuff Ninja fan!. Washing machine, small dishwasher. Gas hob electric oven. Downstairs loo.
Lounge. Two settees and pouffes. . TV Wi-Fi record deck (vinyl girl).
Looking for quiet funny clean tidy honest person who respects their own space and that of others when appropriate. I work in west Worthing long hours so leave early for about 11/12 hours a day and work every Sunday morning.
Council tax contribution would be about £40pm.

Rent includes bills (within reason - assuming you’re not putting heating on all day!!!) but NOT council tax.

Also have Apple TV box for your room which can be installed after you’ve moved in.
