Looking for someone in need of accommodation on a rolling basis until we sell this property (We would give at least 2 months notice before we sell). This means you should be okay to have people come in to view the flat sometimes (quite rare), we will give you at least 24 hours notice but usually more. It comes furnished, the apartment is recently renovated. It has an open plan kitchen-dining-living area, a full bathroom and a large bedroom that doubles up as office space if you work from home. The flat is on the first floor, accessible by stairs. There is one designated parking space outside and a large cheap public car park 2 minutes walk from here. The price includes all bills (electricity is included for up to £100, which in spring and summer is usually more than enough) so there's no other costs. Viewings are available now. References from previous renters available, can be provided after viewing.
