Modern, clean and spacious double en-suite room

Hi there, I have a lovely decorated very large double room with private en-suite available either 7 days a week or Mon-Fri, in a friendly, welcoming house. You would have the whole top floor to yourself. I’m happy to consider shorter ad hoc durations, please contact me with your requirements.

I’m ideally looking for a professional female, and as I have a child it would be preferable if the person has a DBS check, but police checks will also be carried out. I also have a dog so someone who likes dogs and kids would be most suited!

My home is relaxed and happy and although the double en-suite is equipped and spacious enough for you to be self-contained, I'm happy socialising sometimes too, but will also respect and need some privacy.

Use of washing machine and use of kitchen available for meal times. Use of lounge not included.

The village is only 5mins away and has a good selection of shops, and restaurants as well as a pub and coffee shops and bars. The health club, beach and train station are all approx 5mins away.
