We are a married couple looking to let out a lovely double room in our house with off-street parking to a working professional. Our house is in High Salvington, just down from Salvington Windmill with amazing views of the South Downs and surrounded by lovely country walks. The house is approximately 15 mins walk to Swandean Hospital so ideal for hospital shift workers. Locally you can walk to Findon Valley shops and bus routes into Worthing town centre. The rent includes furnished double room (Kingsize bed, wardrobe, blanket box, bedside tables and 2 dressers), sole use of shower, shared use of kitchen and garden. All regular bills included. We have 2 friendly doggies so the tenant must be dog friendly. The dogs don't moult and are super cute!
