Are you a tidy, professional female aged 27 or above, seeking a cosy home?

I'm on the hunt for a friendly, laid-back housemate who adores cats as much as I do. My two cats are incredibly friendly and love attention so you need to be a cat lover. I would like someone who is tidy, considerate and who isn’t into partying. This is a quiet relaxed, chilled home in a nice quiet street.

Nestled in the heart of Sayers Common, our lovely 3-bedroom house boasts a master double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a brand-new ensuite shower room. The room comes furnished with a bed and has built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage. It also has a lovely conservatory and a nice garden to enjoy. There is easy access to the A23 and the villages of Hurstpierpoint and Hassocks. You will have access to all the house and there is off-street parking.

I'm in search of a roommate who wants to be friends and part of the family, not just a roommate whom I/we have no interaction with. I live here permanently but my brother, Matt, who stays in the 3rd bedroom works away on boats and may pop in for a short stay between jobs. But the large majority of the time it will just be me and the housemate. He loves to travel, is a free spirit and has spent most of his life living and working abroad so he tends to come back for short periods in between jobs.

As for me, I'm currently on the path to recovery from an illness, so you'll find me at home quite often as I am working on setting up my own social media business which is all online so I try and work from home and out in coffee shops. There will be days where I will be feeling unwell and will just have to keep an myself to myself on those days. I would like some who is ok with this and is happy to live in a nice calm environment. I am a positive, kind person who loves spending time with my family, cosy evenings with Netflix on and living a healthy lifestyle.
