We are an aviation based house, with the majority of tenants pilots/student pilots. The room has its own ensuite with a bath.

There is a large kitchen, with an oven, microwave, air fryers and a dishwasher. You can have access to the lounge, pool table, gym and indoor hottub room.

You'll have your own car parking space, as well as a gate fob to get in and out of the secured driveway. There are cameras around the gate and driveway in which you can have access if you would like. There is one camera in the main lobby, used for deliveries and to keep an eye on the dog.

In the summer we have lots of house BBQs and dinners, of which you can join if you would like.

Rent is to be paid on the 1st of every month. If moving in on any other day of the month, you’ll be charged from that day-until the end of the month, and then the rent will resume as £875 on the 1st.
