machine, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer,
stove/hob/extractor, microwave, kettle &
toaster, also with some crockery, cutlery &
kitchen utensils;
- Lounge with TV and Wifi;
- Off-road parking;
- Covered outdoor space and garden;
- All bills included, subject to an allowance of £50pm for electricity. A meter has been installed to monitor usage.

ONE ROOM IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED.
