A home is offered,, rather than just a room, in this very quiet cottage, one of five, in private grounds. This is in a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 4 miles south of East Grinstead, 3 miles west from Forest Row and 12 miles south of Gatwick. There is WiFi throughout, a pretty garden and loads of off-street parking. (for private cars only).

Available is a completely refurbished room, including new fitted carpet, a single divan bed, tv, video-recorder, Wi-Fi, traditional desk with drawers, and easy chair. - There is a tiny room adjoining which has been used as a very mini-office. Directly opposite the bedroom is its own bathroom with bath, shower, loo and wash basin.

There is also a dining room. and a well-equipped farmhouse-type kitchen with patio doors to the garden, a round table and four chairs, a Victorian dresser, two ovens, a microwave and a dishwasher..

The adjoining utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and airing cupboard.

There is one very quiet house-sharer whose room is upstairs. Also upstairs is the shared sitting room, with balcony and far-reaching views.. (I have my own sitting room downstairs).

The happy atmosphere here is all-important to me. I am still friends with my previous house-sharers over the years.
