Available from the 14th June is a sweet furnished studio within a family home on Shoreham Beach suitable for a single person. There is a lovely double bedroom with storage and an ensuite shower room upstairs and a mini kitchen with sofa and small table and chair downstairs. It has its own entrance and there is access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer directly off the kitchen. There is a shared drive where you would be able to park your car and the beach is less than a minutes walk away.
The studio is part of a happy family home and we are looking for someone who will be a good fit for the family- quiet, respectful and tidy. I am sorry but no pets, no smokers and no sharers, no working from home. We are two friendly and caring professionals in our late forties , early to bed and early risers in general with grown up children. We are looking for a person who is happy to live independently in the studio and would enjoy joining family social occasions with us from time to time.
