Upstairs bedroom avaiable in 3 bed semi-detached house. W. C. only in separate room in corner of bedroom and wash basin in room. Quiet area near railway station shops. Parking spaces outside front door. One owner occupies bedroom downstairs in former living room. Other upstairs bedrooms not used so privacy. Owner spends most of time in room due to awaiting knee op and slightly unwell. Do not smoke tobacco but e-cigs. Visitors welcome upstairs. Large back garden. Shared downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and shared kitchen. Broadband. Older woman owner occupied..
