Hello! I have a room available on a short term basis I until Spring 2020. I live with my son who is 2 and spends time between our home and his fathers. I work part time three days a week and on other days am often out and about with my son Charlie. Looking for a female who is easy going (no party animals sorry!) who likes to chat over a cuppa/wine/box set but is also happy to have their own time. £500 per month rent including bills and a weekly cleaner and £500 deposit.
The room is furnished with bunk beds a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
We live in the beautiful town of Shoreham with gorgeous beaches local shops pubs and cafes and supermarkets. It’s a 15 min train ride to Brighton and you can be in London in an hour. We have our own local airport with a lovely cafe and the Sussex downs for walking and our own harbour. The Adur outdoor centre offers kayaking and climbing walls amongst other things.
