I am looking for monday to friday only lodger.
Must like animals.
Room available from start of July.
We are a friendly family mother and daughter and I have a male lodger who lives on the ground floor. This room is on the top floor. The rent includes bills. It is slightly lower as the bathroom for this room is on the ground floor and shared with the other lodger.
There is a large kitchen for communal use but you will be expected to eat in your room. The room has a large TV with Aerial connection optional and the room has free WIFI. Street parking is free and easy.
I have a cat and fish and a young dog.
My daughter and I are also on the top floor hence why female lodger. preferred but would consider male lodger too.
We are walking distance to both Southwick and Shoreham train stations and easy Cycle route to Brighton takes 30 minutes. We are walking distance to the Holmbush shopping centre and a Co Op and Tesco express. Easy commute to the A27 and A23. The Beach is 20-30 minutes walk depending on Southwick or Shoreham beach.
