Double room on its own floor with bathroom and shower. The only time the bathroom will be shared is if we have friends and relatives to stay.
The room is fully furnished with a TV on the wall. All bills including broadband and council tax are included.
Downstairs we have a shared lounge and kitchen leading out to a private garden.
The house is situated close to the river Adur and has on-street parking. It's a lovely part of Shoreham and very close to the beach. It's around a 15-20 min walk to Shoreham Town Centre and train station.
We are looking for a gay-friendly person who loves pets as we have an 11-year-old Jack Russel Cross. We are a laid-back married gay couple who enjoy the odd tipple now and again.
Our current lodger has been with us for almost two years and is sadly moving on to settle down with his girlfriend. His room will be available from the 1st of July. (Viewing available from now)
