We are looking for a new flat mate to fill our unfurnished double room, due to our current flat mate moving out around the end of January.

Situated in a desirable location, the flat is only 5 minutes walk to the beach/nearest shops & pub, 10 minutes walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk to Shoreham-by-Sea train station.

Buses (2, 700) are available from the high street for connections to Worthing and/or Brighton (or further afield).

By car, the A27 is 10 minutes away, Worthing is 20 minutes away, and Brighton is 25 minutes away.

There is a fair amount of free parking directly outside the flat, no parking permits required. We also share a designated parking space which is at no extra cost.

Included with the room you will get free access to the private onsite leisure centre (free for all Emerald Quay residents), which includes a basic gym, sauna, pool, jacuzzi, and large washing machines/tumble dryers.

Both Deliveroo and UberEATS deliver to the flat, with a good selection of local options, and a few options further afield.

Room will be clear when tenant moves out. The room is south facing with a double window, spacious, and has built in wardrobe space, but will be unfurnished.
