Two single bedrooms for one tenant

Two single bedrooms for rent in a house share along Shoreham beach for one tenant. Rooms on offer are two singles, currently one room is used as a bedroom (can fit a double bed) and second room is used as a dressing room. Previous tenants have used the rooms as one bedroom, and the other as storage/dressing room/office area. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge with one other person. The rooms are part furnished (not the furniture in pictures) a double or single bed can be provided. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished.

Photo of the bedroom is an old image; cats have not been allowed in either rooms for rent for the past two years. The room will be freshly decorated before tenancy, slate grey paint and new laminate flooring and new curtains.
Ideal new housemate will be a female, working professional. Easy to get along with and mindful that they are sharing the property. Must like cats.

I’m a 25 year old working professional. I love the beach and most water sports; primarily surfing and paddle boarding. I’m also a big fan of bouldering and pole fitness. I love to cook, socialise and spend days with friends, having bbqs and enjoying the weather when it’s nice.

The house is located near the beach school, with shops within walking distance and shoreham train station about a 20 minute walk away. The beach is less than a minutes walk.
