Double En Suite on Shoreham Beach

I live in a lovely first floor two bed flat over-looking the river on Shoreham Beach.

The double room is semi-furnished with a large comfy bed with storage underneath and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

The ensuite has a shower. There's a shared living room and small kitchen.

There's parking available on the street, and a bicycle rack in the gated carpark. 15 minutes walk from the bus stop to get to Brighton or Worthing, 20 minutes walk from the train station. Five minutes walk from the sea!

I work from home some days in the week but I'm also often out and about on the beach, cycling and swimming in the sea. I'm creative and friendly and like home to be a calm and welcoming space. I like having friends over for dinner from time to time.

Looking for someone chilled and friendly to live with here me. I've been living here on my own for over a year so it will be a bit of an adjustment but I'll enjoy some good company while also needing my own space at times! I'd prefer vegetarian but can be flexible.

The six months could be extended if it works out well for both of us.

No pets allowed here I'm afraid.
