I’m looking for a (single) professional female or student to rent out my second room.

The apartment is new with a luxury bright modern, spacious style feel, bright bedroom, with a large window that has views towards the south downs.

Bedroom has:
• Large double bed
• Wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors
• Chest of drawers
• Large foldable table with chair (which you can fold away if required)
• Good WiFi

About the area:

Shoreham is a lovely town by the seaside, very peaceful and friendly with many young professionals and families.

• The high street is a 5 mins walk with plenty of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways with lovely pedestrian areas with plenty of walks to be had.
• Supermarkets are only 5 mins walk with choices for multiple options
• Shoreham beach is only a 10 mins walk

Travel:
Bus: 700 and 2 bus stops are a 5 mins walk and takes about 20 mins to get to Churchill square and runs approx every 20 mins.

Train: Shoreham station is a 10 mins walk with direct trains to Brighton and London.

I like to keep the place clean and tidy and have a dishwasher.
