The Ropetackle area in Shoreham by Sea is the premium riverside location that combines immediate access to the towns shops, bars and restaurants AND to riverside walks, cycle paths and just few minutes to the beautiful beach - PLUS the ease of fabulous train and bus links to the bigger Sussex towns such as Brighton and Hove or Worthing plus Gatwick, London, Portsmouth etc

If you have business or are studying at the airport or Ricardo then a very pleasant riverside walk can start your day beautifully.

The arts centre is 90 seconds walk and you can be in Brighton & Hove in about 20 minutes (subject to traffic).

My home is a modern mews town house with a terrace / balcony overlooking a garden- with comfortable seating to sunbathe or relax. Well equipped kitchen, fibre optic wi FI etc etc

The key thing I am looking for is someone who is very clean and tidy and who really recognises the importance of mutual respect when sharing a home. I have worked very hard to create a nice place so I am particular about only sharing my home with people who will be as keen as I am to maintain a high standard.

Long term home share agreements are ideal and there can be some negotiation for longer commitments. Notice period is min 3 months.
