We are a couple offering a double room overlooking the garden. Please note that the room is only available Monday to Friday.

The room is in a professional household and offers a double bed, desk with chair, bedside drawers, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Shared use of bathroom, garden and kitchen.

Rent includes all bills and use of washing machine, dishwasher and wifi. We also have a cleaner every other week for the communal areas.

The house is in a popular area, close to Buckingham Park and Mill Hill. There is on-street parking available or Shoreham-By-Sea train station is a 10-15 minute walk.

The location is quiet and residential with a large supermarket 5 mins away(driving) or local shops and bars 15 minutes away(walking).

Ideally looking for a lodger who is looking for a quiet and private room in a relaxed house.
