Double bedroom with own lounge

I live in a 4 bedroom 3 story townhouse with my 3 year old. I have a large room to let out on the middle floor. The room has just been decorated. There is a toilet right next to it as well as a large lounge which I hardly ever use as I mostly live downstairs in the open plan kitchen lounge diner. So lots of space and privacy. There is a lovely little garden and the bathroom is on the top floor. The kitchen has all the appliances you could ever need. The house is a stone throw from the river and a 5 minute walk to the beach. I am 35 years old, I'm clean and tidy and as sociable as my 3 year old would allow.
