Beautiful sunny room in quiet location

Lovely large house in a super quiet semi-rural location. We have a spacious, sunny double room and bathroom for rent. The room overlooks the garden and woods beyond.

We are two friends who share the house with our friendly dogs of varying sizes (they love people). So, it would only suit someone comfortable around dogs. Our home is immaculate and tidy despite the dogs!!

We live in a quiet location, backing onto woods, with lovely walks just moments away. We have a large garden that can be used.

We are within easy distance of Brighton, Hove, Horsham, and the local village is Henfield. There are bus services, but a car would be preferable.

We are not a party house, but we are upbeat, fun, active people looking for a like-minded person to share with. We ride horses, walk lots, swim, paddle board and are sociable, but we also like our downtime.

We are looking for a professional non-smoker who doesn’t work from home but would like to live in a peaceful location with friendly people (and dogs!)! We would consider a Monday - Friday let.
