Large room to rent

Me and my partner are looking for either a couple or single person to move into our 2 bed flat in the small village of small dole. The room available is a large double room at the back of the flat. Big enough to fit a sofa and a double bed. Currently the room is being used as storage. We are looking for a clean person, who takes pride in their home. This village has bad public transport so driving is essential. Couples would be charged more, to accommodate bills. We have WiFi, a brand new washing machine and parking. We have a small dog and a ginger cat that lives with us, Winston and ringo. So it’s essential tenants like animals. We are happy to accommodate another pet in our home. There is a local shop 2 seconds away from us, and a bus that goes to henfield every hour.
