Top floor either 1 or 2 doubles plus bathroom

I am looking to rent out the top floor in my chalet bungalow. It comprises of 2 double sized rooms both overlooking garden, neutral decor. Part furnished or unfurnished. Would be perfect as bedroom and lounge/dressing room/study.

You will also have sole use of the main bathroom which has a bath & shower, the only exception will be occasional guests/visitors as I have an en-suite only.

The shared living area includes a large kitchen, dining area, lounge, conservatory, patio, and huge garden.

You will have use of all areas apart from the downstairs bedrooms.

You MUST love dogs as I have a rescue from Romania, Rola, who is very important to me and around a lot.

I am relaxed friendly, social and house proud, So am looking for someone similar.

No smoking in the house but heated patio to smoke on.

Friends and family visits are absolutely fine as is partner staying over although would not want all the time.
I work in the week in town, so I get up pretty early in the week and not that late to bed either, so no party animals/night owls need to apply, although, happy to chat over a glass or 2.

I am not in a desperate hurry so important to me that I find the right person.
