Our home is a detached bungalow on a hill so it's a split level and my family & myself live upstairs, it is situated in a nice quiet safe neighborhood.
The room is a great space totally self contained and at the bottom of the house. It has it's own front door at the side of the property behind a secure lockable gate so you have total privacy and no need to share any facilities as the room has everything: double bed, kitchen with all the essentials , oven hob fridge/freezer and washing machine, storage and fold down table it also has a separate toilet and separate shower room all to itself.
It's a lovely room with underfloor heating and all bill's included, there's street parking outside and WiFi.
The location of the property is very close to the A27 but far enough away that you can not hear it! A 20 second walk and you're on the south downs so perfect for walking etc.
Ideally we're looking for someone who is nice, friendly, honest and is respectful of our property, if this sounds like you then drop us a msg.
The room is for single occupancy only, also this is a non smoking room and that includes casual smokers so please bare that in mind.
