Modern double bedroom for rent in Lancing

Hi,

We are currently looking for someone to rent our spare double bedroom. Myself and my partner live in the property, we both work full time and would like someone who also works.

The room itself is a spacious double, its a nice neutral light room, with built in wardrobes and storage space. There is one bathroom in the property with both a shower and bath, the bathroom is next to our spare room.

We also have a lovely lounge, diner and a nice kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer etc.

As well as this we have a nice garden which is a real sun trap! All bills are included in the price. We have fast reliable WiFi and plenty of parking.

The house is in a quite cul du sac which is close to the village and amenities. The train station is around 15 minutes walking and has good connections to Brighton and London. There is also local buses near by.
