We have a sunny double room to let in our home. The room comes furnished with a brand new bed and mattress, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large tv.
There is a shared kitchen, living room and recently renovated bathroom as well as a patioed garden with bike storage.
Lancing town centre/train station is just a ten minute walk with bus stops less than 5 minutes away. The beach is also a 20 minute walk away.
We are a sociable couple in our early 20s and 30s who enjoy game nights, pub trips, hiking, and animals.... speaking of which, we have a small but very arrogant Jack Russell who thinks he owns the place so you must be a dog lover.
Ideally we are looking for a vegan/vegetarian housemate to join us.
