Lovely house in south lancing with driveway parking for one additional car. I have two small very friendly dogs so must like dogs! Nice sized garden, shared kitchen dining room bathroom and lounge. I work and am away some weekends. May have a third housemate in future. The home is for sale so I am offering the room at a maximum six month stay but could extend in future depending on circumstances. Must be ok with agents conducting house viewings as needed, I will of course notify you each time. LGBT+ friendly home, would consider weekdays only for a lower fee. Small friendly dog a possibility.
8min walk to train station and seafront, bus route is good and very close by. All bills included.
