I’m a live in landlord and am offering my other double room for rent. The house is Victorian style, very cosy, with new double glazed windows, updated bathroom, nice kitchen and big garden. High speed WiFi and large TV in living room included.
The house is opposite the country park and 10 seconds walk away to the bus into town. There’s plenty of shops about the same distance away, including a supermarket.
Rent is paid month by month and includes bills. I’ve lived with males and females previously and whilst I wouldn’t turn away living with a male on a case by case, I’d prefer a female. Please let me know if you have any questions.
