I have one single room available from 1st January 2024 Rent strictly monthly .Deposit and one months rent in Advance.
Please do feel free to enquire about anything regarding the house and residents.
Would prefer some one on a room only basis 2 to 3 nights a week.

My lovely property is in Southwater and has a fabulous single room available. Suitable for students or people working in the local area as there is a bus along our road that serves Horsham and its Railway Station which feeds all routes and provides a good link to London Victoria and London Bridge. In Southwater there are various shops and pubs, a country park and loads of different walking possibilities like the Downslink.

There is a lovely shared bathroom, free internet, use of washing machine, tumble drier and washing line, fridge and freezer space as well as cupboard space in the kitchen.

We have two very freindly Welsh Springer Spaniels sometimes but most of the time just one very friendly Welsh Springer Spaniel

When I am not around you can use my living room and at other times there is a room that you can use instead.

Anything else that you would like to know please enquire.
There is also a lovely garden.
