Double room in quiet house

The facade

I am looking for a quiet lodger who will have the back bedroom overlooking the garden. You will have almost exclusive use of the bathroom as I have my own …. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in your bathroom and I use these.

There are fitted wardrooms in the bedroom and a desk and office chair. The bedroom is a double bed with storage underneath.

All bills are included providing you do not use an excessive amount of water, gas or electricity. I do not accept people who work from home.

Although I cannot provide parking there is plenty of parking in the neighbourhood.

There is a fabulous range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc is within a few minutes walk and the no 100 and no 2 buses go through Steyning. It’s a great place to live.
Behind my house there are country walks within minutes of leaving my house.

You will share my kitchen with me but I am used to that as I have had a number of lodgers over the years.

You will need to like dogs as I have an excitable westie as well as two other visiting dogs.

The Council tax is band D.
