I recently purchased and renovated this 5 bedroom property and am looking to rent one room out to a tidy, respectful professional. This ensuite room comes furnished with a King-sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and also has a very large built in double wardrobe. You will also have your own private lounge which is located next to your bedroom. The kitchen, dining area and garden are shared spaces.

The property is located a short walk from Storrington High Street and the garden opens onto woodland, perfect for anyone who likes to get out and enjoy the Sussex countryside. There is plenty of parking and a garage which we can discuss use of if required. Pulborough train station is 10 minutes away and provides easy transport to London.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will respect my new home and enjoy it! I work a lot of hours so you will have plenty of your own space but I'm more than happy to have a drink and a natter!
