About the space:
I have a large double bedroom (16 sq. metres) for rent in my spacious 2 bed flat in a quiet location in Storrington. The flat has been recently renovated and is a lovely space. The room has two windows providing plenty of light, and is large enough for a desk for homeworking and a sofa and coffee table that makes it almost self-contained. The rest of the facilities in the flat will of course be shared with me. Rent includes all bills including fast, unlimited broadband.

About me:
I work for the Environment Agency and will be up and out early Monday to Friday. I am passionate about nature and the environment and I'm looking for someone with similar passions. In my spare time I'm a keen birdwatcher, amateur photographer and writer, and I volunteer for a local Sussex Wildlife Trust group. The most important requirement for a lodger is someone like minded who shares similar interests and will become a friend.

About Storrington:
Storrington is a little village at the foot of the South Downs. It is surrounded by lovely Sussex countryside with an RSPB nature reserve 5 minutes away. The South Downs Way is 10 minutes walk from the flat. There's some excellent restaurants and pubs all within a short walk. Being just off the A24, Storrington is well connected to Horsham, Worthing, Chichester and Brighton.
