We have a single room to rent. It's got everything you need just move in and put your clothes away in the dr1aws. We have a high walled back garden it's very peaceful just sometimes the children in another house have a swiming pool so can hear them. There's walking near by over the common and walking trails if your into that. The shops are close by if you need anything. We only ask that you are clean and a NO SMOKER. We have a pet dog Sally and a pet rabbit. Broadband is in the price but if you want to use the home phone that's extra. My wife can cook if you like just means it will coast you extra but that can be discussed. we are very easy going people and we like a laugh so I hope you have a good sences of humour........ also. Because I work away from home. FEMALE ONLY. My wife would be more comfortable with this. NO MEN NEED APPLY.
