Double Room House Share with Garden & Garage

Hello,

I am a 27 year old PE Teacher looking to share my home. I work in Haslemere, so I commute daily, meaning that I am out from 6:30am-6:30pm most weekdays.

I will be renting my spare double room with a shared bathroom. The room is furnished with a bed and there is a built in ward-robe with a set of drawers inside for additional clothes storage. Also within the room is a built in airing cupboard that will be shared, to store towels and bedding etc. Also a perfect place for hanging the odd washing items to avoid ironing! I have a sociable garden space and this leads onto a garage, but can be used as storage for larger items if necessary. The TV is Sky subscripted with the essential TNT for all sports fans.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy and likeminded who will respect my house and treat it as their own.

I love all things sport and generally spend my free time socialising with my friends. I would love to rent to someone with similar interests.

Unfortunately there isn’t a designated parking space but there is not a huge parking problem and I can always manage to find a space.
