New Double Room Available

I have a lovely spacious new double bedroom available to rent from July. Currently unfurnished. If you need a bed and mattress then I can supply you with one, alternatively if you would like to supply your own this is fine. I have advertised for all week however I am happy for someone to rent the room Monday to Friday and will charge £600 for this. The property is a 2 bed semi-dettached house with a shared bathroom, private back garden and you will also have an allocated parking space. The cupboard in the room is an airing cupboard so unable to use for storage but there is plenty of space for a wardrobe beside this.

I currently work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. A dog lover is a must, as I have a gorgeous, friendly Basset cross Beagle 1 year old pup. He comes to work with me, so won't be at the property during the day however will be there evenings and weekends.

I enjoy socialising with my friends, cooking/baking delicious food and going for long walks. I am a happy, positive person and enjoy spending time with people. A glass of wine on a Wednesday is always a must!

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, happy and easy going.
