Comfortable living room with large leather sofa, foldaway dinning table and chairs, Freesat 50" 4k TV.

The bedroom is quiet, south-facing, sunny and spacious, with good storage space and book shelves. It has a comfy double drawer divan bed with bedside cabinets and reading lamps, double wardrobe, desk with chair and large set of drawers. LED TV with Freesat.

We don't have a clothes drying machine, but a good old fashioned, environmentally friendly clothes-horse drying area and then when the weather's fine, there's a traditional clothes line out side in the back garden!

Outside at the front of the house there's a modest hedged garden and off-road car parking on our driveway, a carport for undercover motorcycle parking and a secure "Bike-shed".

Our large, mature rear garden affords amazing uninterrupted woodland, sunset-views and backs onto open countryside with access, through the gate at the bottom of the garden, to public footpaths, woodland walks and cycle paths (Worth Way & Sussex Boarder Walking, Cycle and Bridle Routes).
There are secluded, seated patio, areas, greenhouse, fruit trees and bushes. The garden is a little wild at the moment, work in progress, as I move my greenhouse from around an old olive tree, full of olives, which is pushing itself through the windows! Hope you might enjoy some gardening and a share of the produce?

I'm the home-owner and live-in Landlord, friendly and quiet, sociable and respectful, working 6 long days a week, often out or away, teaching Green-Woodworking, blacksmithing and Forest School. DBS Checked.

Ideally looking for friendly, quiet, non-smoking, clean and tidy mature lodgers, gainfully employed and not expecting to be working from home (WFH). To share and enjoy the calming quiet atmosphere of my home, garden, amazing countryside views and facilities. Some where to chill, relax and unwind after a hard day at work. Current and recent lodgers stayed with me for 2-7 years. My current lodger Julie, 57, of 4-years staying, is only part-time and stays just one week a month.

If you are interested in arranging a viewing, I'd love to chat with you, but would much prefer to know a little more first. Please message me with a brief introduction and some information about yourself, such as your age and occupation with days and hours of work and other interests and hobbies, etc.
Many thanks for understanding and if my advert is still active, please assume that the room is available

References from work and previous lodgings would be very helpful.

Thanks for reading all the way through...

Looking forward to hearing from you, Andrew
